在后工业化背景下,为提高企业绩效,使制造企业具有更强市场竞争力,运用问卷调查方法,建立了后工业化时代质量管理实践与企业绩效关系模型,并将顾客关注、管理层领导、跨部门团队协作、供应商整合和以时间为基础的制造活动等作为质量管理实践框架进行研究。研究结果表明:管理层领导对企业绩效和以时间为基础的制造活动影响显著;顾客关注、管理层领导、跨部门团队协作和供应商整合相互影响,供应商整合受交互影响最大;加强管理者的理性领导,整合管理层、员工、供应商等资源,优化以时间为基础的制造活动,可以提升企业绩效。
Under the background of post-industrialization, in order to improve enterprise performance and make manufacturing enterprises more competitive in the market, a questionnaire survey method was used to establish a relationship model between quality management practices and enterprise performance in the post-industrialization era. And customer care, management leadership, Departmental teamwork, supplier integration and time-based manufacturing activities as quality management practices. The results show that: management leadership has a significant impact on business performance and time-based manufacturing activities; customer focus, leadership, cross-departmental teamwork and supplier integration have the greatest impact on each other, and supplier consolidation has the greatest mutual influence; managers The rational leadership, integration of management, staff, suppliers and other resources, optimizing time-based manufacturing activities, can enhance corporate performance.
