PM是一种新型细菌性免疫调解剂。本文仅对基础研究中,植瘤小鼠在不同植瘤期内用PM进行治疗后,其对小鼠抑瘤率的研究。研究结果显示:植瘤30min内行PM治疗,其治疗组的抑瘤率为685%~903%;植瘤后24~48h内行PM治疗,其治疗组的抑瘤率为421%~61%。两种治疗方法的抑瘤率明显高于对照组(对照组的抑瘤率为0,该组为生理盐水,方法同治疗组)。提示该免疫调节剂能增强小鼠自身的免疫杀伤能力,提高其对肿瘤的抵抗力
PM is a novel bacterial immune mediator. This article only focused on basic research, tumor-bearing mice treated with PM in different tumor-bearing period, its inhibition rate on the study of mice. The results of the study showed that PM treatment was performed within 30 minutes after tumor implantation, and the tumor inhibition rate was 68.5% to 90.3% in the treatment group. PM treatment was performed within 24 to 48 hours after the tumor implantation. The tumor inhibition rate in the treatment group was 42.1%. %~61%. The inhibition rate of the two treatment methods was significantly higher than that of the control group (control group tumor inhibition rate was 0, the group is saline, the same way as the treatment group). It is suggested that the immunomodulator can enhance the mice’s own immune killing ability and increase their resistance to tumors.
