本文根据硅铁的热平衡计算,指出硅铁节能的主要方向是提高热利用率。讨论了以气煤焦作还原剂和添加适量的碱性氧化物是降低硅铁电耗的有效途径。以气煤焦作还原剂冶炼75%硅铁,可大幅度减少炉口热损失,降低 SiO 的挥发,使电极深插,电耗下降;冶炼中添加适量 CaO 可加速硅的还原,处理炉内积渣,使电极深插,提高硅的利用率,是降低硅铁电耗的有效措施。
According to the calculation of heat balance of ferrosilicon, this paper points out that the main direction of energy saving of ferrosilicon is to improve the heat utilization rate. It is an effective way to reduce the power consumption of ferrosilicon by using coal gas as reductant and adding proper amount of alkaline oxide. Smelting 75% ferrosilicon with reducing agent of coal gas can greatly reduce the heat loss of the furnace mouth, reduce the volatilization of SiO, make the electrode deeply inserted, and reduce the power consumption; adding suitable amount of CaO in the smelting can accelerate the reduction of silicon, Slag, so that the electrode deep plug, improve the utilization of silicon, silicon is an effective measure to reduce power consumption.
