随着新课改的不断深入,教学反思已经成为了教师自我教学行为反省、自我教学方式矫正和不断提高知识素养、教学水平的重要过程。教学反思即是教师通过对自己教学活动过程的理性观察和教学结果的宏观判断,查漏补缺,及时矫正,从而提高其教学能力及课堂效率的活动。从事初中数学教育多年,认为要想提高教学质量,教师就必须在每一节课,或是每一段时间的教育和学习后,针对教学现象和教学结果,对自己的教学过程进行深刻的自我反思。
With the continuous deepening of the new curriculum reform, teaching reflection has become an important process of self-teaching behavior self-examination, self-teaching methods to correct and continuously improve the level of knowledge, education and teaching.
