班组建设要取得实效,就必须探索一条正确的途径,摸索一套适合企业实际情况的制度和形式。为此,中石化总三建公司自1987年开始,在试点的基础上,开展了班组达标活动,以此促进和带动班组建设各项活动的全面开展。综观三年来抓班组达标活动的实践,主要抓了“三定两抓一结合”工作。一、做好“三定”。一定考核内容和标准。按照“突出重点,面向实际”的要求,公司制订了《班组工作条例》和《班组建设标准》,前者明确了班组职责和各项制度,统一了原始记录、台帐的标准和规模要求,使班组管理标准化;后者明确了班组建设的具体目标和要求。
