采用离子束动态混合技术将Cr元素引入GCr15轴承钢形成富Cr表面合金。研究其耐蚀性并结合对混合层的TEM、AES和XPS分析,探讨了离子束动态混合引起的组分及微观结构的变化对钢基体化学性能影响的关系。
The Cr element was introduced into GCr15 bearing steel by ion beam dynamic mixing technology to form Cr-rich surface alloy. The corrosion resistance was investigated. The effects of composition and microstructure changes caused by dynamic mixing of ion beam on the chemical properties of the steel matrix were discussed in combination with the TEM, AES and XPS analysis of the mixed layer.
