本文报道了小剂量X射线分次全身照射和低剂量率~(60)Co γ射线持续全身照射对雄性大鼠下丘脑组织中LRH含量,血清及尿中LH和睾丸酮含量影响的实验结果。接受X射线照射的大鼠,全身累积吸收剂量为1.5Gy和3.0Gy,下丘脑组织中LRH含量均于停照后1周显著高于对照组,血清LH含量在3.0Gy组于停照后4周高于对照组,尿中睾丸酮含量1.5Gy组在停照后2和4周及3.0Gy组在停照后2周均显著高于对照组。接受~(60)Co γ射线照射的大鼠,于照射结束后24小时血清LH含量在全身累积吸收剂量为1.76Gy组显著低于对照组,血清中睾丸酮含量在1.37和1.76Gy组,尿中睾丸酮含量在0.98Gy组均显著高于相应对照组。
This article reports the effects of low-dose X-ray fractionated whole body irradiation and low-dose-rate 60 gamma Co γ-ray continuous body irradiation on hypothalamic LRH and serum and urinary LH and testosterone levels in male rats. In rats receiving X-irradiation, the total systemic absorbed doses were 1.5 Gy and 3.0 Gy. The content of LRH in hypothalamus was significantly higher than that in the control group at 1 week after stopping the photoperiod, and the serum LH was in the 3.0 Gy group after 4 days of stopping. Weeks higher than the control group, the urinary testosterone 1.5Gy group was significantly higher than the control group at 2 and 4 weeks after the stop and 3.0Gy group at 2 weeks after the stop. Rats receiving ~(60)Co γ-irradiation had a significantly lower serum LH concentration in the systemically cumulative absorbed dose of 1.76 Gy at 24 h after irradiation than in the control group. Testosterone levels in the serum were in the 1.37 and 1.76 Gy groups in the urine. Testosterone content in the 0.98Gy group was significantly higher than the corresponding control group.
