什么是组织的文化?组织文化对于一个追求卓越的组织究竞有多重要?组织文化的内涵如何真正落到实处,取得预期的影响力?这些问题,正越来越引起许多正在实施或将要导人卓越绩效管理模式的组织的关注。本文拟就上述问题,结合笔者个人的经历和相关研究,发表观点.意在引发读者的进一步思考和讨论。
What is organizational culture? How important is organizational culture to the pursuit of excellence in organizational research? How is the connotation of organizational culture truly fulfilled and the desired impact achieved? These problems are increasingly causing many to be implemented or to be guided Organizational Concern for People Excellence Performance Management. This article intends to express the viewpoints mentioned above on the basis of the author’s personal experiences and related researches, aiming to arouse the reader’s further thinking and discussion.
