目的:观察基于高压脉冲电场杀菌技术的新型空气消毒净化设备对室内空气的消毒效果。方法:在实验室模拟和现场两种情况下对设备的空气消毒效果进行相关试验。结果:在实验室模拟试验条件下,基于高压脉冲电场杀菌技术的新型空气消毒净化设备对人工模拟产生的粘质沙雷氏菌、白色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌气溶胶的平均杀灭率分别为98.62%、98.65%和97.93%;在口岸现场试验条件下,设备对自然菌气溶胶的平均杀灭率为90.58%。结论:基于高压脉冲电场杀菌技术的新型空气消毒净化设备在规定的使用条件下,对空气微生物气溶胶具有良好的杀灭效果,是一种值得推广新型空气消毒净化设备。
Objective: To observe the disinfection of indoor air by a new type of air disinfection and purification equipment based on high-voltage pulsed electric field sterilization. Methods: In the laboratory simulation and on-site two cases of equipment on the air disinfection effect related tests. Results: Under the laboratory simulation test conditions, the average killing rates of the artificial aerosols against S. marcescens, S. albicans and C. albicans produced by the novel air disinfection and purification equipment based on high-voltage pulsed electric field sterilization were 98.62%, 98.65% and 97.93%, respectively. Under the field test conditions of ports, the average killing rate of natural aerosol by the equipment was 90.58%. Conclusion: The new air disinfection and purification equipment based on high-voltage pulsed electric field sterilization technology has a good killing effect on air microbial aerosols under the specified operating conditions and is worth promoting a new type of air disinfection and purification equipment.
