目前,浙江省兰虫病防治已全面进入基本消灭后期监测阶段,为了更好地实现卫生部颁布的消灭丝虫病近期目标,满足我省各地开展人群丝虫病血清学监测,我们自1990年底始,开展马来丝虫成虫冰冻切片抗原制备及其应用于IFAT的研究,并与广西省寄生虫病防治研究所提供的抗原片进行对照实验。结果显示,本实验制备的马来丝虫成虫冰冻切片抗原(HF-Ag)与广西省寄研所的马来丝虫成虫冰冻切片抗原(GF-Ag)在应用于IFAT中,血清阳性率分别为81.5%和83.33%,无统计学差异(P>0.75),血清抗体GMT有显著差异,HF-Ag显示抗体GMT为1:76,而GF-Ag为1:18,两者间有显著差异(P<0.025)。 本实验在使用包被抗原用的载玻片方面略作改
At present, the prevention and treatment of blue-encephalitis in Zhejiang Province has entered the stage of basically eliminating the latter stage of monitoring.
