铁路线路道床,由于单线、双线、线路平面、路基断面型式、上部建筑类型、以及行車速度等的变化,其断面形式尺寸亦变化很大。除了铺设道碴时,须根据具体线路条件,进行散碴作道外,还必须在铺轨前时行道床体积计算,以便备料和运料等工作。道床体积计算工作,比较烦重。1961年铁道部頒发新的标准軌距铁路設計技术規范(简称設規),道床数量需重祘,給设計、施工单位帶来很大的工作量。兹为便利于有关单位统一计祘标准,减少工作量起见,特介紹专业院所用的标准轨距铁路道床计祘公式于下供参考。
