针对中原油田W22 区块油井管杆腐蚀偏磨,停产待检修井增多等问题,经过检修井起出的管杆检查和油井产出水水质监测分析,认识到油井管杆被腐蚀偏磨,一是产出水有盐酸溶液的强腐蚀性;二是井身倾斜,形成偏磨;三是缝隙腐蚀和冲蚀综合作用等。提出:①在油井注入缓蚀剂;②在抽油杆表面涂防腐涂料和使用高强度抽油杆;③安装稳定器和使用旋转井口装置;④变换抽油杆节箍位置。通过应用以上综合技术,使W22 区块油井检泵周期延长220 天,投入与产出比1∶4-88,创经济效益146-9 万元。

It is proposed that: (1) Corrosion inhibitor should be injected into oil well; (2) Anti-corrosion paint should be applied to the surface of sucker rod and sucker rod should be used; (3) Stabilizer should be installed and rotary wellhead device should be used; Through the application of the above integrated technology, the W22 block oil well inspection pump period is extended by 220 days, with an input-output ratio of 1: 4-88, creating an economic benefit of RMB1.46 to 9.0 million.
