目的:通过分析在妇产科实施健康教育的成效,探讨如何做好妇产科的健康教育工作。方法:选取浙江省宁波市宁海县妇幼保健院妇产科1200例患者为研究对象。将其随机分为观察组600例和对照组600例,其中对照组600例患者采用常规护理,观察组600例患者在常规护理的基础上采用健康教育模式,观察两组患者的护理效果及对护理工作的满意度。结果:观察组患者的护理规范、服务规范和沟通能力等指标,明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者满意度,显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在妇产科实施人性化、通俗化的健康教育模式,效果显著,改善了医患关系,提高了患者对护理工作的满意度。
Objective: To analyze how to carry out health education in obstetrics and gynecology and how to do the health education in obstetrics and gynecology. Methods: One hundred and twenty patients with obstetrics and gynecology at Ninghai Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province were selected as the research object. They were randomly divided into observation group of 600 cases and control group of 600 cases, of which 600 cases in the control group were routine care, observation group 600 patients on the basis of routine nursing health education model to observe the two groups of patients nursing effect and Satisfaction with nursing work. Results: The indexes of nursing standard, service standard and communication ability in observation group were significantly better than those in control group (P <0.05). Patient satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of humane and popularized health education model in obstetrics and gynecology has achieved remarkable results, improved doctor-patient relationship and improved patient satisfaction with nursing work.
