经H_2和CO预处理后,In/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂的活性明显提高。活性测试结果表明,预处理对催化剂表面的In物种起作用,从而增强催化剂活性;H_2的作用比CO更强。XRD分析结果显示,载体γ-Al_2O_3仍保持原来的晶型;红外分析结果表明,预处理过程可增加低价氧化态In的含量,增强了催化剂的脱硝活性。由于表面的In粒子簇分散性好并存在一些化学吸附氧,In/γ-Al_2O_3-H催化剂表现了较高的催化活性;在催化剂表面形成的单齿硝酸盐和双齿硝酸盐是降低催化剂催化活性的重要因素;—NO_2、—ONO的形成是预处理催化剂活性升高的原因所在。
After H 2 and CO pretreatment, the activity of In / γ-Al 2 O 3 catalyst increased significantly.
