乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)与铁离子在溶液体系的结构用Mssbauer谱、吸收光谱和ESR谱等方法进行了研究。Na[FeEDTA]·3H_2O固体配合物的合成及其Mssbauer谱的研究也有文献报道。EDTA—Fe(Ⅲ)配合物在生物医学上的研究文献较多,但尚未见这一配合物的心血管药理作用及阴离子[FeEDTA]~-的配阳离子是大体积有机碘鎓离子时的研究报道。
The structures of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) and iron ions in solution were studied by Mssbauer, absorption and ESR spectroscopy. The synthesis of Na [FeEDTA] · 3H 2 O solid complexes and their Mssbauer spectra have also been reported in the literature. There are many biomedical studies of EDTA-Fe (III) complexes, but the cardiovascular pharmacological effects of this complex have not been well studied and the studies on the large-sized organic iodonium ions with the cation of [FeEDTA] ~ - Reported.
