我赞成王志凯先生建议修改文言文教学目的的意见。但我以为,要修改文言文的教学目的,只停留在“浅易”标准和“降低难度”的讨论上,仍然解决不了问题。因为现在大家所谈的“浅易”与否,仍然着眼于文言文的外壳——文本语言,而没有涉及它的精神内涵。换言之,把“具有阅读浅易文言文的能力”作为文言文教学的目的,是在“工具论”“例子说”指导下来确定的,是从语言学的角度把文言文当做跟白话文相
I agree with Mr. Wang Zhikai’s suggestion to amend the teaching purpose of classical Chinese. However, I think that to modify the teaching purpose of classical Chinese, only to stay in the discussion of the “easy” standard and “lower difficulty”, it still can not solve the problem. Because everyone is now talking about the “easy” or not, still focus on the outer shell of the classical text - text language, and does not involve its spiritual content. In other words, the purpose of “abilities to read simple and easy classical Chinese words and phrases” as the teaching of classical Chinese is determined through the “instruction theory” and “example teaching”. It is from a linguistic point of view that classical Chinese is treated as a vernacular Chinese.
