以工业氧化铝为主要原料,引入不同的外加剂,在1360~1420℃下煅烧制备高铝陶粒支撑剂。研究不同外加剂的引入对陶粒支撑剂耐酸性的影响。研究结果表明:一定比例SiO2、MgO、CaO复合外加剂的引入能降低陶粒支撑剂的烧成温度,提高陶粒耐酸性能,经过XRD、SEM分析可知,耐酸性提高是由于复合矿化剂MgO、CaO与Al2O3在晶界处形成第二相,抑制晶粒生长,使晶粒细化、结构致密化,低气孔率、高致密结构降低了酸对样品的侵蚀速度。
Industrial alumina as the main raw material, the introduction of different additives, calcined at 1360 ~ 1420 ℃ preparation of high alumina ceramic proppant. The influence of different admixtures on the acid resistance of ceramic proppant was studied. The results show that: the introduction of a certain proportion of SiO2, MgO, CaO composite additives can reduce the firing temperature of ceramic proppant and improve the acid resistance of ceramic. XRD and SEM analysis shows that the improvement of acid resistance is due to the composite mineralizer MgO , CaO and Al2O3 form the second phase at the grain boundary to restrain the grain growth, refine the grain structure, densify the structure, low porosity and high density structure reduce the erosion rate of the acid to the sample.
