目的 观察纤支镜微波治疗联合全身化疗治疗晚期肺癌的近期疗效。方法 2 5例经纤支镜微波治疗 ,微波功率 5 0W ,时间 5秒 ,每次治疗总时间 10 0~ 15 0秒 ,1周后重复治疗。非小细胞肺癌应用诺维本 40mg ,d1 ,3 0mg ,d8,静注 ;顺铂 40mg ,d1~ 3 ,静滴。小细胞肺癌应用足叶乙甙 10 0mg ,d1~ 5静滴 ,顺铂 40mg ,d1~ 5静滴。结果 2 5例微波治疗联合全身化疗后 ,18例呼吸困难明显改善 ,腔内瘤体缩小 >1/2 ,7例呼吸困难有所改善 ,腔内瘤体缩小 <1/2 ,肺部病灶完全缓解 1例 ,部分缓解 11例 ,有效率 48 0 %( 12 /2 5 ) ,中位生存期 10 5个月。结论 微波治疗联合全身化疗治疗晚期肺癌疗效确切
Objective To observe the short-term effect of fiberoptic bronchoscopy combined with systemic chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced lung cancer. Methods Twenty-five patients underwent bronchoscopy with microwave power of 50 W for 5 seconds. The total time for each treatment was 100-1500 seconds. The treatment was repeated one week later. Non-small cell lung cancer application of Novobiben 40mg, d1, 30mg, d8, intravenous; cisplatin 40mg, d1 ~ 3, intravenous infusion. Small cell lung cancer application etoposide 10 0mg, d1 ~ 5 intravenous infusion, cisplatin 40mg, d1 ~ 5 intravenous infusion. Results In 25 cases of microwave therapy combined with systemic chemotherapy, 18 cases of dyspnea were significantly improved, the cavity tumor shrinkage> 1/2, 7 cases of dyspnea improved, cavity tumor shrinkage <1/2, complete lung lesions One patient was relieved, 11 patients were partly relieved, the effective rate was 48 0% (12/2 5), and the median survival time was 105 months. Conclusion Microwave therapy combined with systemic chemotherapy for the treatment of advanced lung cancer is effective
