为了进一步提高深井钻井磺化体系的抑制性,以满足深部地层的井壁稳定要求,以褐煤、苯酚、甲醛、聚丙烯酰胺等为主要原料,采用接枝共聚及磺化的方法获得了一种含有羟基、羰基、亚甲基、磺酸基、苯环、羧基、酰胺基、羧钾基等基团的聚磺处理剂 S P A M H。室内评价结果表明: S P A M H 具有降失水、降粘、抗盐性好、抗钙能力强、热稳定性好、抗温能力强、较强抑制性等特点,其整体效果明显优于 S P N H,成本低,有一定推广价值。
In order to further improve the inhibition of the sulfonation system in deep well drilling and to meet the requirement of wellbore stability in deep formations, a method of graft copolymerization and sulfonation was adopted to obtain lignite, phenol, formaldehyde and polyacrylamide as the main raw materials. A polysulfonic acid treating agent S P A M H containing a hydroxyl group, a carbonyl group, a methylene group, a sulfonic acid group, a benzene ring, a carboxyl group, an amide group, a carboxymethyl group and the like. The indoor evaluation results showed that: S P A M H has the characteristics of lowering water loss, viscosity reduction, good salt resistance, strong anti-calcium ability, good thermal stability, strong ability of resisting temperature and strong inhibition, and the overall effect is obvious At PSN H, low cost, there is a certain promotional value.
