研究表明,野生稻中蕴藏着对稻病高抗广谱的抗源。在20种野生稻的62个系中,Oryza latifolia W14,O.minuta W17和W44,O.offcinalis W46,O.punctata W50对我国白叶枯病的6个菌株均表现高抗;O.nivara W19,O.rufipogon W30和O.sativa f.spontanea W39对白叶枯病强毒株Xo-ha和Xo-57严重感病;这几种野生稻的一些杂种后代对上述2个菌株也高度感病。本文还讨论了对稻瘟病和纹枯病的兼抗性。这些对我国重要稻病的主要菌系具有多抗性的野生稻,是培育水稻多抗新品种的重要抗源。
Studies have shown that wild rice contains high resistance to broad spectrum of resistance to rice disease. Oryza latifolia W14, O. minuta W17 and W44, O. offcinalis W46 and O. punctata W50 all showed high resistance to six strains of bacterial blight in 20 wild rice species. O. nivara W19 , O. rufipogon W30 and O.sativa f.spontanea W39 were severely susceptible to the virulent strains Xo-ha and Xo-57 of the bacterial blight; some hybrid progenies of these wild species were also highly susceptible to the above two strains. This article also discusses the resistance to blast and sheath blight. These wild rice, which are highly resistant to the major bacterial strains of rice diseases in our country, are important sources of resistance to new rice multi-resistance cultivars.
