【本刊讯】为了贯彻落实《国务院办公厅转发建设部等部门关于推进住宅产业现代化提高住宅质量若干意见的通知》(国办发犤1999犦72号文)和《在住宅建设中淘汰落后产品的通知》(建住房犤1999犦295号文)精神,加快推进住宅产业现代化,提高住宅质量,实现三年内在各直辖市、沿海地区大中城市和人均占有耕地面积不足0.8亩省份的大中城市中禁止使用实心粘土砖的目标,国家建材局、建设部、农业部、国土资源部、墙体材料革新建筑节能办公室将经调查核实的160个城市名单予以公布。并要求各地墙改办结合当地实际情况,采取切实有效的措施,抓紧做好实心粘土砖的限时淘汰工作,积极发展和推广替代实心粘土砖的新型墙体材料产品,并据此尽快制定相关城市限时禁止使用实心粘土砖的分年度目标。原则上直辖市定于2000年12月31日前,计划单列市和副省级城市定于2001年6月30日前,地级城市定于2002年6月30日前,其它县级城市定于2003年6月30日前为实现禁止使用实心粘土砖目标的最迟日期。
