介绍了抚顺石油化工研究院渣油悬浮床加氢裂化均相催化剂及工艺的研究进展。该院开发的水溶性双金属和多金属催化剂具有较高的活性 ,基本不生焦 (甲苯不溶物小于 1% )。用双金属Mo Ni催化剂处理常压渣油和减压渣油 ,小于 50 0℃馏分油收率分别达到 70 %和 60 %以上 ,用多金属催化剂处理辽河常压渣油和沙特阿拉伯轻质与中质原油减压渣油 ,小于 50 0℃馏分油收率分别达到 75%和 70 %。筛选的乳化剂可使催化剂在原料油中高度分散 ,加热时不沉降、不析出。对于双金属Mo Ni催化剂 ,采用中温和低温分段硫化的效果较好。在 3L中型试验装置上进行了 10 0 0h的连续试验 ,试验结果基本与小型试验相同。
