我校物理电子工程学院教师连帅彬博士2015年获批国家自然科学基金项目:基于下一代测序技术的重复基因结构及拷贝数目变异与癌症关联性研究,项目号:61501392.该项目基于下一代测序(Next-Geberation Sequencing,NDS)技术,研究了重复基因结构和拷贝数目变异及其与癌症的关联性.1)分离重复基因序列的从头组装与定位查找.从测序数据中分离重复基因序列需要通过基因组装完成.因此,在基因组装过程中要有效地滤除下一代测序数据中包含的覆盖偏差是分离重复基因序列.信息处理领域中
