Stathis等曾用抗坏血酸还原,借标准碘溶液滴定剩余抗坏血酸间接测定金。Leonhardt与Moeser认为,用氯胺T测定抗坏血酸比碘量法好,因后者终点不敏锐;亦比高铈盐滴定法好,因后者结果偏高。本文提出抗坏血酸还原,氯胺T滴定剩余抗坏血酸间接测定金,借碘-淀粉蓝紫色的出现指示终点,并研究了一些因素对间接测定金的影响。经TBP萃取柱色层分离,用提出的方法可测定矿石中10~4000g/T的金,误差符合要求。
Stathis et al. Used ascorbate to reduce the gold by indirect titration of residual ascorbic acid by standard iodine solution. Leonhardt and Moeser think chloramine T ascorbic acid is better than iodometry, because the latter end point is not sharp; also better than the cerium salt titration, because the latter result is high. This paper presents the indirect determination of gold by ascorbate reduction, chloramine T titration, and the indication end point by the appearance of iodine-starch blue-violet, and the influence of some factors on the indirect determination of gold. TBP extraction column chromatography, the proposed method can be determined ore 10 ~ 4000g / T gold, the error meets the requirements.
