东兴煤业为资源整合基建矿井,井下局部存在采空区。采空区大部分已稳定,采动影响导致顶板破碎,围岩应力重新分布造成巷道支护困难。以15#煤层为例,通过了解地质资料及围岩情况,分析巷道支护的特点,介绍了巷道支护设计的要求。在设计巷道时,通过理论分析和计算,准确得出各个数据,为安全生产提供保障。在保证支护安全的前提下,兼顾巷道的掘进速度,采用锚杆与锚索联合支护,使巷道围岩保持稳定,保证了正常生产的需要。
Dongxing Coal Mine resources integration infrastructure mine, there is a local mined-out area. Most of the goaf has been stabilized, and the influence of mining mining has led to the roof crushing and the stress redistribution caused the roadway support difficulties. Take the 15 # coal seam as an example, by understanding the geological data and surrounding rock conditions, analyzing the characteristics of roadway support, the requirements of roadway support design are introduced. In the design of roadway, through theoretical analysis and calculation, accurate data obtained for the safety of production to provide protection. Under the premise of ensuring the safety of timbering and support, taking into account the tunneling speed, the joint support of anchor rod and anchor cable is adopted to keep the surrounding rock of the roadway stable and ensure the normal production needs.
