目的 :探讨近交系豫医无毛小鼠 (YYHL)短串联重复序列 (STR)位点的遗传多态性。方法 :随机选择位于小鼠 3、4、7、1 6号染色体上的 5个STR位点 ,用PCR技术对近交系YYHL、DBA近交系小鼠及昆明小鼠进行多态性分析。结果 :5对引物在近交系YYHL各基因座上均出现一条带 ,其中D7Nds1、D3Mit2 2、D1 6Mit4三基因座表现为多态性 ,D3Mit2 1、D4Mit2二基因座表现为单态性。结论 :D7Nds1、D3Mit2 2、D1 6Mit4三基因座可用于检测近交系小鼠遗传特异性 ,结合近交系豫医无毛小鼠皮肤移植实验 ,近交系豫医无毛小鼠符合近交要求。
Objective: To investigate the genetic polymorphism of short tandem repeat (STR) loci in YYHL mice of inbred line. Methods: Five STR loci were randomly selected on chromosomes 3, 4, 7 and 16 of mouse. Polymorphism analysis was performed on inbred strains YYHL, DBA inbred strains and Kunming mice by PCR. Results: Five pairs of primers showed a band in each locus of YYHL in inbred lines. The three loci D7Nds1, D3Mit2 2 and D1 6Mit4 showed polymorphism, and the D3Mit2 1 and D4Mit2 two loci showed monomorphism. Conclusion: The D7Nds1, D3Mit2 2, D1 6Mit4 three loci can be used to detect the genetic specificity of inbred mice, in combination with inbred Yu hairless mice skin transplantation experiments, inbred Yu hairless mice in line with inbred Claim.
