应用免疫细胞化学方法和流式细胞术,分别观察川崎病血清诱导人单核细胞表达血小板源生长因子(PDGF)B链蛋白(PDGF-β)的影响和该单核细胞条件培养基对内皮细胞凋亡的影响。结果发现,川崎病血清能强烈诱导单核细胞表达PDGF-β,可显著促进内皮细胞凋亡。提示,单核细胞表达PDGF增多及单核细胞介导的内皮细胞调亡,可能参与了川崎病冠脉并发症的形成。
Immunocytochemistry and flow cytometry were used to observe the effect of Kawasaki disease-induced proliferation of human monocyte-derived platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF-B) protein and the effects of monocyte conditioned medium on endothelial cells Effect of apoptosis. The results showed that Kawasaki disease serum can strongly induce monocyte expression of PDGF-β, can significantly promote endothelial cell apoptosis. Tip, monocytes express increased PDGF and monocyte-mediated endothelial cell apoptosis, may be involved in the formation of Kawasaki disease coronary complications.
