目的探讨强化自我管理教育对2型糖尿病患者血糖控制的影响。方法将100例血糖不达标的2型糖尿病患者随机分成实验组50例和对照组50例。对照组进行常规糖尿病教育,实验组进行强化自我管理教育。比较干预3个月后、6个月后患者血糖控制情况。结果实验组患者血糖水平和糖化血红蛋白值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3个月后、6个月后与对照组患者血糖水平和糖化血红蛋白值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强化自我管理教育对改善2型糖尿病患者血糖控制有积极作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of intensive self-management education on glycemic control in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods One hundred patients with type 2 diabetes who did not meet their blood glucose criteria were randomly divided into experimental group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases). The control group received routine diabetes education and the experimental group conducted self-management education. After intervention for 3 months, 6 months after the patient’s blood glucose control. Results There were significant differences in blood glucose and HbA1c in the experimental group (P <0.05). There were significant differences in blood glucose and HbA1c after 6 months in the experimental group and in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Strengthening self-management education has a positive effect on improving glycemic control in type 2 diabetic patients.
