在房屋拍卖中,价高者得的拍卖原则与承租人于同等条件下优先购买权的行使存在冲突,而且我国现行的法律法规仅对承租人优先购买权制度做了比较原则性的规定。
In the auction of houses, there is a conflict between the bidding principle and the tenant’s right of preemption under the same conditions, and the current laws and regulations in our country only provide comparatively principled provisions on the lessee’s preemptive right system.
