内齿轮通常是在插齿机上加工,大量生产采用拉削方法加工,一般都用整体式或装配式内拉刀,但拉大孔时,刀具笨重,而且还要受拉床吨位的限制。为此,在这里介绍一种装配式拉刀的拉削方法,既比插齿提高效率17倍,又具有结构简单,制造与使用方便,以及不受吨位限制等优点。新拉刀的结构见图1。现以齿数z=70,模数m=5和齿宽B=65mm的内齿轮为例说明如下:
The internal gear is usually machined on a gear shaper. Large-scale production is processed by broaching. Generally, the integral or assembly internal broach is used. However, when the large hole is pulled, the tool is bulky and is limited by the tonnage of the broaching machine. For this reason, a broaching method of an assembly broach is introduced here, which improves the efficiency by 17 times than that of the insert, and also has the advantages of simple structure, easy manufacture and use, and freedom from tonnage limitation. The new broach structure shown in Figure 1. Now with the number of teeth z = 70, modulus m = 5 and tooth width B = 65mm internal gear as an example as follows:
