介绍一种新型陶瓷涂层刀具材料及刀具，它是采用溶胶－ 凝胶法在硬质合金粉末表面涂覆一层氧化铝陶瓷，然后将涂层粉末热压烧结成形。切削试验表明，粉末涂层刀具切削高硬度材料时具有优良的切削性能。
A new type of ceramic coating tool material and cutting tool is introduced, which is characterized in that the surface of the cemented carbide powder is coated with a layer of alumina ceramic by a sol-gel method, and then the coated powder is formed by hot pressing and sintering. Cutting tests show that powder coated cutting tools with high hardness materials have excellent cutting performance.
