本文着重从强度特性对低碳马氏体强化的合理应用进行论述。指出低碳马氏体性能的主要特点是它有优良的强韧性,特别适用于制造应力集中较大、应力状态较“硬”的高强度零件,也可用于某些低温或应力腐蚀环境下服役的高强度零件。从低碳钢工艺性能的优越性考虑,对于需经冲压、冷挤压、冷镦、冷弯、焊接加工成型的高强度零件,采用低碳马氏体强化显然更为合理。最后,针对低碳马氏体推广应用中出现的某些片面性,提出了几个需要注意的问题。
This article focuses on the reasonable application of strength characteristics to the strengthening of low-carbon martensite. It is pointed out that the main characteristic of low carbon martensite is its excellent strength and toughness. It is especially suitable for manufacturing high strength parts with large stress concentration and “hard” stress state. It can also be used in some low temperature or stress corrosion environment Under the service of high-strength parts. From the superiority of the low carbon steel process performance considerations, the need for stamping, cold extrusion, cold heading, cold bending, welding forming high-strength parts, the use of low-carbon martensitic strengthening is clearly more reasonable. Finally, some issues that need to be noticed are put forward in view of some one-sidedness in the popularization and application of low-carbon martensite.
