将保存于 M-K 溶液不同时间的人眼角膜,用扫描及透射电子显微镜作超微结构研究,结合锥蓝活体着色法和角膜穿透移植术后临床效果进行讨论。结果是,应用全眼球前房充气于 M-K 液保存的7只眼球中,保存时间最长者达138小时,角膜内皮表面和内皮细胞细胞器的超微结构均保持完整性,其中6个标本作穿透角膜移植术后,植片均为透明,提示全眼球前房充气保存法达到了中期保存材料的要求和有用时限,其优点是可以避免停滞的房水对内皮细胞的有害作用,保存前又不致于严重损害内皮细胞。保存于 M-K 液的11只游离角膜,其保存时间最长者达118小时,检查结果表明,超微结构在一周内可保持完整,与全眼球保存者无显著差别,其中9只游离保存角膜用于穿透角膜移植术,术后除2例是由于手术合并症等原因致植片混浊外,其余植片均透明。本文结果表明,全眼球前房充气和游离角膜均可以在 M-K 液中保存118~138小时,超微结构可保持相当的完整性,可用于穿透角膜移植手术。
