近年来，缺血性脑血管病动物实验与临床研究结果间存在的差异和差距，越来越受到人们的重 视。就脑保护而言，多数动物实验上对脑缺血有效的药物临床疗效常不理想。本文对其原因进行了剖 析与综述，并探讨减小二者差异和差距的方法。这将有助于减少无效工作、节省研究投入和时间、减少 错误结果误导，提高缺血性脑血管病的研究和防治水平。
In recent years, the differences and gaps between animal experiments and clinical studies of ischemic cerebrovascular disease have drawn more and more attention. In the case of brain protection, the clinical efficacy of most of the drugs that are effective on experimental cerebral ischemia is not always satisfactory. This paper analyzes and summarizes the reasons, and discusses ways to reduce the differences and gaps between the two. This will help reduce ineffective work, save research time and effort, reduce the misleading misleading results and improve the level of research and prevention of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
