本文从研究谐波齿轮传动的理论齿形和传动误差出发,找到了用渐开线齿形代替理论齿形的理论和实践依据;提出了最佳啮合设计中所必需的干涉验算和侧隙控制的计算方法;最后对大功率传动的啮合分析问题作了初步论述,提供了解决柔轮变形形状畸变时进行啮合分析的途径。十几年来,我国已有许多单位在谐波齿轮传动的理论研究、试制等方面取得了不少成绩,提供了宝贵经验。为在国民经济各部门推广和使用这种传动,研究采用渐开线齿形的谐波齿轮传动具有实际意义。本文就渐开线谐波齿轮啮合中的几个主要问题阐述如下:
Based on the study of the theoretical tooth shape and transmission error of harmonic gear drive, this paper finds out the theoretical and practical basis of using involute tooth shape instead of the theoretical tooth shape. The paper presents the interference checking and backlash control Finally, the meshing analysis problem of high power transmission is preliminarily discussed, which provides a way to solve the meshing analysis when the shape distortion of flexible wheel deformation. In the past ten years or so, many units in our country have made great achievements in the theoretical research and trial production of harmonic gear drives and provided valuable experience. In order to popularize and use this kind of transmission in all sectors of the national economy, it is of practical significance to study the harmonic gear transmission adopting the involute tooth profile. This article on involute harmonic gear meshing several major issues described below:
