以2006~2015年高考四川生物试题(共11份,含2008年延考卷)为研究对象,统计了“分子与细胞”“遗传与进化”和“稳态与调控”模块在历年试卷中所占分值的百分比;使用SPSS17.0中的曲线估计得出了三个模块的考查趋势和拟合度最高的曲线模型;再由SPSS17.0中的非参数检验分析每个模块中知识点的差异性及该模块及其知识点的变异系数。结果表明:(1)三大模块历年试卷中所占分值比例的平均数均在25.0%以上;(2)“分子与细胞”和“稳态与调控”模块的最佳拟合模型都为Cubic,且在试卷中所占的分值有上升的趋势。最适合“遗传与变异”模块的曲线拟合模型是Quadratic,它在试卷中的分值有下降的趋势;(3)每个模块中各知识点的考查都具有显著的差异;(4)“分子与细胞”模块的变异系数最小,“遗传与变异”模块最大。
