说到对工作的评价,有些领导喜欢讲成绩,对问题却谈得较少,甚至避而不提。这是因为担心说问题会影响威信、丢面子,不利于工作开展。其实,这是一种错觉。多讲讲存在的问题,不但不丢人,反而会为领导者赢得尊重和威信。常言道:成绩不说跑不摔,问题不说不得了。能看到问题,并敢于讲问题,说明领导者头脑清醒,有强烈的责任心和忧患意识。是否敢讲问题体现了领导者的为政品格。
When it comes to job evaluation, some leaders like to talk about performance, talk less about the issue, or even ignore it.
