着眼于获取电石炉气高效经济利用方案,本文从多角度对比分析了电石炉气生产二甲醚、低碳混合醇和费托合成三个工艺系统.通过Aspen Plus模拟三个工艺,获得物料转化及能量消耗数据.结果表明,二甲醚工艺系统碳收率较高,费托合成工艺系统的综合能耗和综合碳排放较低,综合考虑产品产率、单位/多产品综合能耗和单位/多产品综合碳排放,低碳混合醇工艺系统优于其他两者,如果考虑产品后期提纯和碳捕集过程,则二甲醚工艺作为电石炉气利用方案的优势更加明显.“,”To obtain an efficient and economical utilization scheme of calcium carbide furnace off-gas (CCFG),this paper compared and analyzed the dimethyl ether (DME) production system,lower carbon alcohols (LCA) production system and Fischer-Tropsch synthesis (FTS) production system from multiple perspectives.These three manufacturing processes were simulated by Aspen Plus.The data of mass balance and energy consumption were also obtained on the basis of simulation.The calculation result shows that the DME system is superior in terms of the carbon yield.The FTS system has a lower comprehensive energy consumption and comprehensive carbon emission.The LCA system is more significant on the aspect of product yield,unit/multi product comprehensive energy consumption and unit/multi product comprehensive carbon emission.However,the DME system will be a better CCFG utilization program than LCA and FTS systems if the carbon capture process and product purification are considered.
