广州地处我国南方,气候温暖、阳光充足,但佝偻病的发病率仍在16%左右,并以早期轻度为多。对于早期佝偻病的诊断仍存在一定的困难,因为腕部X线征改变轻微,血钙血磷值低于正常者极少,而硷性磷酸酶也不是一个敏感的指标。近十多年来,维生素D代谢的研究进展很快,对维生素D在体内的代谢及其生理作用有了更深入的认识,认为血25—OHD_3是人体循环中含量最高的一种维生素D代谢产物,它能反映人体维生素D的营养状态,因此维生素D缺乏性佝偻病儿的25-OHD_3浓度应降低。为此我们测定了佝偻病患儿的血清25-OHD_3的浓度以评价其对早期断诊的意义。

To this end, we measured the serum 25-OHD 3 concentration in children with rickets to evaluate its significance for early diagnosis.
