目的比较两种不同复合麻醉方法对幼龄小型猪的麻醉效果。方法将12头中国农大幼龄小型猪分成两组,一组戊巴比妥钠(15mg/kg)与速眠新Ⅱ(0.1mL/kg)联合应用,采用不同部位肌肉注射给药;另一组是氯胺酮(10mg/kg)与速眠新Ⅱ(0.1mL/kg)按比例混合后,采用肌肉注射给药。麻醉后对动物实施腹腔探查和腹腔爆炸清创术,观察动物麻醉维持时间、镇痛效果、呼吸频率、心率变化、动脉压、血氧饱和度及术后苏醒情况。结果两种方法麻醉后,动物分别在10±2min、5±1min进入麻醉状态(P<0.05),麻醉维持时间分别为46±14min、43±9min(P>0.05),术后苏醒时间分别为54±11min、34±12min(P<0.05)。在麻醉维持时间内呼吸频率分别为33±7次/min、36±9次/min(P>0.05),心率分别为113±14次/min、92±11次/min(P<0.05),血压分别为118±17、109±14(P>0.05),SpO2分别为99±0.5、95±1.5(P>0.05)。结论两种麻醉方法均能达到良好的麻醉效果,比较而言,氯胺酮联合速眠新Ⅱ麻醉安全性高且术后苏醒快,是一种比较理想的麻醉方法 。
Objective To compare the anesthetic effects of two different types of combined anesthesia on young minipigs. Methods 12 ADL young minipigs were divided into two groups. One group was treated with pentobarbital sodium (15 mg / kg) in combination with Simianxin Ⅱ (0.1 mL / kg) and administered intramuscularly in different sites. Another Group is ketamine (10mg / kg) and the new hypnosis Ⅱ (0.1mL / kg) were mixed in proportion, the use of intramuscular injection. After anesthesia, animals were subjected to peritoneal exploration and peritoneal debridement. The animals were observed for anesthesia maintenance time, analgesic effect, respiratory rate, heart rate, arterial pressure, oxygen saturation and postoperative recovery. Results After anesthesia, the animals were anesthetized (P <0.05) at 10 ± 2min and 5 ± 1min respectively. The duration of anesthesia was 46 ± 14min and 43 ± 9min (P> 0.05), and the recovery time was 54 ± 11 min, 34 ± 12 min (P <0.05). Respiratory rate was 33 ± 7 beats / min, 36 ± 9 beats / min (P> 0.05), heart rate was 113 ± 14 beats / min, 92 ± 11 beats / min (P <0.05) Blood pressure was 118 ± 17,109 ± 14 (P> 0.05), SpO2 were 99 ± 0.5,95 ± 1.5 (P> 0.05). Conclusion Both anesthesia methods can achieve a good anesthetic effect. In comparison, ketamine combined with Fushimin Ⅱ anesthesia is safe and fast after operation. It is an ideal anesthetic method.
