大葱的叶身部分,中空、长圆锥形。用测定作物叶面积的方格法和光电仪法来测量大葱叶的表面积,需要把叶剪下剖开,难以在自然生长状态下进行,因而十分不便。为了找到简便的测量大葱叶表面积的方法,我们做了以下探讨。一、材料和方法试材为章丘梧桐葱和寿光八叶齐两个叶形不同的品种,分别在生长期和种株抽薹期取叶样测量分析.每一测试处理取样10株。入选植株全部叶按长度和着生位次分若干组。同时用方格法、光电求积仪测量叶面积,并测量每个叶的长度和宽度。然后进行运算,导出用简便方法测量大葱叶面积的计算式。

At the same time, the area of the leaf was measured by a square grid method and a photoemitter, and the length and width of each leaf were measured. Then the calculation, derived with a simple method to measure the leaf area of the calculation formula.
