血红素加氧酶1(HO-1)是否对糖尿病病变血管具有保护作用及其相关机制尚不明确。我们推测胆红素介导HO-1对糖尿病病变血管的保护作用。对糖尿病小鼠进行腹腔注射血精素(HO-1诱导剂),分离主动脉检测血管功能、进行分子生物学研究,测定内皮细胞NO生成。血精素增强糖尿病小鼠主动脉内皮依赖性舒张,增加Akt和e NOS的磷酸化水平,这些作用能被HO-1抑制剂Sn MP或HO-1敲低病毒所抑制。血精素治疗增加糖尿病小鼠血浆中胆红素含量,并且胆红素也能够改善糖 Whether heme oxygenase 1 (HO-1) has a protective effect on diabetic vascular lesions and its related mechanism is unclear. We speculate that bilirubin mediates the protective effects of HO-1 on diabetic vascular lesions. The diabetic mice were injected intraperitoneally with hematoxylin (HO-1 inducer), the aorta was separated and examined for vascular function. Molecular biology was performed to determine the NO production in endothelial cells. Hemocyanin enhances endothelium-dependent relaxation in the aorta of diabetic mice and increases the phosphorylation levels of Akt and eNOS.
