在城市家庭兰花栽培中,很多兰花爱好者往往受场地局限,无法扩大栽培量,造成很多喜欢的品种无法栽种和引进。为了解决这一矛盾,笔者尝试采用箱式密集栽培法栽培兰花,取得了满意的效果。用这种方法同样的面积利用率可以提高2～3倍,笔者的20多平方的阳台栽植兰花约三万株,生长良好,而用盆栽最多可种200～300盆,只几千株。箱栽的方法是采用塑箱(规格为43×34×20cm),其优点是体轻,不易腐朽。在箱下层四面和底部钻孔以利排水,下层垫5cm厚的排水粗粒材料,上铺13cm左右腐质土或质轻的适宜兰花生长的其它种植材料,沿口低2cm以免淋水时溢出。根据兰株大小按一定的行距栽植,但不可过密。以春兰春剑为例,
