为适应我厂400m~3大型氧贮槽的焊接,本试验改革了传统的平焊方法,试验了双面氩弧立焊、横焊焊接不锈钢。其特点是: (1) 因焊接位置不受空间限制,正反面同时焊接,减少了笨重、庞大焊件的吊运、翻身工作。 (2) 采用这种工艺方法,因热源集中、对称、熔池停留时间较长等特点,从而使焊缝中部保证焊透,有利于气孔的逸出,防止了气孔的生成,并减小了焊接变形,进一步提高了焊接质量。 (3)坡口不需加工,简化了工艺要求,节省工时,提高了生产率。 (4)电耗较少,节约能量效益明显。因此,该焊接工艺可在不锈钢中厚板容器焊接,尤其是现场安装容器的生产中得到推广和应用。
In order to adapt to the welding of 400m ~ 3 large oxygen storage tanks in our factory, this experiment reformed the traditional flat welding method, tested double-sided argon arc vertical welding and horizontal welding stainless steel. (3) groove without processing, simplifying the process requirements, save man-hours, improve productivity. (4) less power consumption, energy saving obvious benefits. Therefore, the welding process can be promoted and applied in the welding of stainless steel plate and plate containers, especially in the field of installation of containers.
