目的观察双岐杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗婴儿腹泻的临床疗效。方法将婴儿腹泻患儿119例分两组,在补液抗感染的治疗基础上,治疗组加用双岐杆菌三联活菌胶囊,对照组加用乳酸菌素片。两组疗程均为72h。结果双岐杆菌三联活菌胶囊可明显缩短止泻时间,总有效率90.77%,乳酸菌素片总有效率51.85%。结论双岐杆菌三联活菌肠溶胶囊具有调节菌群失衡,抑制肠道内治病菌生长的作用,治疗小儿腹泻疗效显著。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Bifidobacterium triple viable capsule in the treatment of infantile diarrhea. Methods A total of 119 infants with diarrhea were divided into two groups. On the basis of the treatment of rehydration and anti-infection, the treatment group was given the triple Bifidobacterium live bacteria capsule, and the control group was treated with lactic acid bacteriocin tablets. Two groups of treatment are 72h. Results Bifidobacterium triple viable capsule can significantly reduce the diarrhea time, the total effective rate 90.77%, lactobacillus tablets the total effective rate 51.85%. Conclusion Bifidobacterium triple live Enteric-coated capsule has the effect of regulating the imbalance of flora and inhibiting the growth of pathogenic bacteria in the intestine, and has a significant therapeutic effect on pediatric diarrhea.
