利用KH-7700型三维显微镜对经过预腐蚀的6151/T6铝合金材料的腐蚀坑三维形貌进行测量分析,发现可以将腐蚀坑近似为规则的半椭球体。对不同加速腐蚀时间的腐蚀坑测量数据统计分析,得到腐蚀坑的三维尺寸比值一般不超过4,极少达到10。基于ABAQUS6.10有限元软件,对含不同形貌、不同位置腐蚀坑的试验件进行应力集中系数分析发现,不同形貌的腐蚀坑随着b/c的增大,应力集中系数逐渐变小,而a/c增大,应力集中系数逐渐变大;对于同一腐蚀坑,试验件在不同位置引起的应力集中,其影响变化不大,大约在5%以内。
Using the KH-7700 three-dimensional microscope to measure and analyze the three-dimensional morphology of the corrosion pits of the pre-etched 6151 / T6 aluminum alloy, it is found that the corrosion pits can be approximated to a regular semi-ellipsoid. Based on ABAQUS6.10 finite element software, stress concentration factor analysis of test pieces with different topography and corrosion pits shows that the corrosion stress pits with different topography gradually decrease with the increase of b / c, While a / c increases, the stress concentration factor becomes larger gradually; for the same corrosion pits, the stress concentration caused by the test pieces in different positions has little effect, which is less than 5%.
