锦鸡儿[Caragana Sinica(Buchoz)Rehd.]的醇提物或醚提物腹腔注射对麻醉猫有持久性降压作用。其降压作用与外周胆碱生化反应系统及组织胺释放均无关。对脊猫无降压作用,小剂量第四脑室给药有降压作用,能抑制阻断颈动脉血流所致的升压反射,并能加强刺激颈动脉窦所产生的减压反射。对肾上腺素及刺激内脏大神经所引起的升压反应均有增敏作用,故认为其降压作用是由于加强了延脑副交感中枢紧张度以及减弱了交感中枢紧张度所致。本实验证明小剂量阿托品只能阻断外周 M 一胆碱系统,较大剂量才能阻断中枢 M 一胆碱系统和抑制脑干网状结构。大剂量阿托品和本药物在脑干网状结构内有竞争同一受点作用。小白鼠腹腔注射醇提物 LD_(50)为10.4克/公斤(相当生药309.7克/公斤)。
Peritoneal injections of alcohol extracts or ether extracts of Caragana Sinica (Buchoz) Rehd.] have a persistent antihypertensive effect on anesthetized cats. Its antihypertensive effect was not related to the peripheral choline biochemical reaction system and histamine release. There is no antihypertensive effect on the vertebrates, and the lower dose of the fourth ventricle has antihypertensive effect, which can inhibit the boosted reflex caused by blocking the blood flow of the carotid artery, and can strengthen the decompression and reflex induced by stimulation of the carotid sinus. The sensitization effects of epinephrine and stimulating the splanchnic nerve are all sensitized, so it is believed that the antihypertensive effect is due to the increase of the tension of the parasympathetic central nervous system and the weakening of the sympathetic central nervous system. This experiment demonstrated that a small dose of atropine can only block the peripheral M-choline system, a larger dose can block the central M-choline system and inhibit the brain stem reticular formation. Large doses of atropine and the drug compete for the same point in the brain stem reticular formation. The rats’ LD_(50) was 10.4 g/kg (equivalent to 309.7 g/kg crude drug).
