为了满足量子级联激光器对高精度、高稳定驱动电源的需求,采用PID控制与DSP控制相结合的技术,设计并研制了一种基于数字PID算法的高精度QCL驱动电路,并进行了实验。结果表明,该系统的基准电压与输出电流成线性关系,其线性度达到99.992%。连续工作40h,驱动电流的偏差最大为0.0221mA,稳定度优于1.2×10-5,实现了系统的高精度、高稳定的设计目标,具有很好的应用价值。
In order to meet the demand of high precision and high stability driving power for quantum cascade lasers, a high precision QCL driving circuit based on digital PID algorithm was designed and developed by using the combination of PID control and DSP control. The results show that the system of the reference voltage and output current into a linear relationship, the linearity of 99.992%. Continuous work 40h, the maximum deviation of the drive current of 0.0221mA, stability is better than 1.2 × 10-5, to achieve the system’s high-precision, high stability design goals, with good application value.
