以人为本的理念,促进学生的全面发展,要求我们教师给学生提供适合的教育,当教育适合学生时,我们可以看到学生兴致盎然的投身于学习之中。所以我们在数学教学中,每节课需要围绕学生发展精心设计,充分运用自己的智慧,要在课堂上留给学生更多的时间和空间。但我们也要让自己融入课堂,注意适时引导和介入,才能保证让学生探究有的放矢,保持课堂的高度灵活性与开放性,真正成为教学的组织者,合作者和引导者。近几
