随着中国社会的不断发展与进步,国家开始关注残疾人这个特殊群体的教育,这部分特殊的人群有的是在听力、视力、智力、语言能力或是身体运动能力方面有残疾或残缺,而身体某一方面的残疾与残缺也很容易使这部分孩子在成长的过程之中心理发展上产生一定的问题,进而导致他们在理解生活中的事物方面存在困难与偏差。这就要求从事特殊教育工作的教师针对这部分学生的特殊性制定不同的教学方案,特别是作为基础教育一门重要学科的思想品德教育,这门学科的知识学习可以让这部分特殊的学生在生活中明辨是与非。
With the constant development and progress of Chinese society, the state has started to pay attention to the education of this special group of people with disabilities. Some of these special people have disabilities or disabilities in listening, sight, intelligence, language skills or physical mobility. Disability and incompleteness on the one hand also easily lead to some problems in the psychological development of these children during the process of growth, which in turn leads to difficulties and deviations in understanding the things in life. This requires that teachers engaged in special education work out different teaching plans according to the particularity of this group of students, especially as an ideological and moral education of an important discipline in basic education.
